1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.nsco1.com and related online services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by National Sign Company (“NSCo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the brand Barco Municipal Products. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Permitted use of the site
You may use the Site to:
- Browse our product catalog and informational pages.
- Request a quote, contact us, or (when available) place an order.
- Download materials we make available for that purpose.
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, the accounts of others, or any related systems or networks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, breach security or authentication measures, or interfere with the Site’s operation.

Site beyond what’s permitted by our

3. Accounts & submissions
If you create a customer account (when this feature launches), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at sales@nsco1.com of any unauthorized use.
Information you submit through forms (quote requests, contact messages, etc.) must be accurate and your own to share. By submitting information, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to respond to your request and operate our business.
4. Quotes, orders & pricing
Catalog images and descriptions on the Site are for reference. They do not constitute an offer to sell. All sales are governed by the specific quote, sales order, or written agreement issued for that transaction, including pricing, lead times, freight terms, warranties, and return policies.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, refuse or cancel orders priced incorrectly, and limit order quantities. Pricing is subject to change without notice until a quote is issued; all issued quotes expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, the “National Sign Company” and “Barco” names and marks, and the underlying software — are owned by National Sign Company or licensed to us, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may print or download a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial reference (e.g., for use in a project file). All other uses, including republication, modification, distribution, or commercial use, require our prior written consent. The MUTCD sign drawings shown in our catalog are public-domain federal standards; the photographs, layouts, captions, and accompanying text are not.

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as our Facebook page, DOT references, or trade-association resources). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF SITE CONTENT. Catalog images, dimensions, and specifications are provided for general reference and may differ from production items in non-material ways. Where compliance matters (e.g., MUTCD, ADA, OSHA), the controlling document is the relevant federal or state standard, not our catalog rendering.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONAL SIGN COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. The terms of any sales order separately govern liability for the products we sell.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless National Sign Company and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Kansas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
